Saddle Up Scents is a small business offering handmade and custom products, including car freshies, fragrances, and other products that may be added to our collection in the future.

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, fragrance, or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order with Saddle Up Scents, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, and payment information.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, unavailable products, or errors in product information.

3. Handmade & Custom Products

Many Saddle Up Scents products are handmade and may be created specifically for each customer. Because of the handmade and custom nature of our products, each item may have slight differences from product photos or previous orders.

By placing a custom order, you understand that production may begin after your order is placed. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, and information about our products. However, colors and appearances may vary depending on your screen or device.

Fragrance preferences are personal, and scent strength or perception may vary from person to person.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade and may be custom ordered, returns and refunds may be subject to review based on the reason for the return.

Return and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for a return or refund unless there is a defect, damage, or an error with your order.

If you have a question or concern regarding a return, refund, damaged item, or incorrect order, please contact us by email with your order information and details about the issue.

Any approved refund, replacement, or return will be handled according to the specific circumstances of the order.

6. Shipping

Saddle Up Scents ships orders from Lubbock, Texas.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, production time, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Saddle Up Scents is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during shipping. However, we encourage customers to contact us if there is an issue with their delivery, and we will do our best to assist.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Saddle Up Scents is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Product Care & Use

Customers are responsible for following any product care or usage instructions provided with their purchase.

Products should be used only as intended. Saddle Up Scents is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or use of a product in a manner not intended.

Please keep products away from children and pets when appropriate and use caution with fragrance products.

All content associated with Saddle Up Scents, including our business name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Saddle Up Scents unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Changes to Products, Prices & Policies

Saddle Up Scents reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or change products, prices, services, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time.

The most current version of these Terms of Service will be posted on our website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saddle Up Scents shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where otherwise required by law.
